This year, the Ilkley festival has over 90 events to entertain and inspire with a programme that’s bursting with variety – featuring novelists, celebrities, chefs, scientists, poets, politicians and experts. Exploring subjects ranging from forgotten histories to the state of politics, novels to net zero, and the joy of gardening to the future of the space race. Expect big names and even bigger ideas in our latest celebration of word power this October.
The festival takes place from 4-20 October. Booking opens Tuesday 27 August at 10am. Priority booking for Friends of the Festival opens on Wednesday 21 August.
